the hotel is conveniently located near the metro station. i found it easy to reach the city center with a short ride (it was only 15 minutes to the central station). the area felt safe and offered shopping and dining options. the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby were a welcome addition.
during my stay, i noticed the room's temperature was difficult to adjust, consistently staying between 23 and 25 degrees celsius, even with ventilation set lower.

the staff were friendly and helpful . i appreciated their assistance with various queries i had, from directions to local recommendations (they were very accommodating). the overall service contributed positively to my experience.

the metro station is very close to the hotel. that was acceptable.
The room got too warm. I couldn't adjust the temperature. even when i set the ventilation system to 16 degrees, it stayed between 23 and 25 degrees. it was annoying.

The location is close to the airport and to the city center it is two train stations from the airport and five metro stations to the city center supermarkets and restaurants are across the street
During my stay I requested room cleaning only once the service was very minimal the bed linen was not changed. There were visible stains on the sheets even after housekeeping it clearly showed the bedding had not been changed. tea and sugar were not refilled in the bathroom the towels I left on the floor was to have only been folded and put back I found hair from the previous day still on them

The room was small! there wasn't a fridge to keep drinks cold. also, the price felt high for what i got. breakfast lacked fresh fruit. The damaged coffee machine wasn't fixed despite my request.

the location suited me well with easy access to the m1 metro line this provided quick transport i liked the room decor a lot it was visually appealing and made the space feel modern the staff were friendly and helpful always ready to assist with any questions or requests the hotel provided free tea coffee and water in the lobby which was a nice touch
the room cleaning was somewhat inconsistent the bed linen was not always changed and sometimes the towels was to have been folded and returned despite being left on the floor for replacement

the staff were cute and informative. there was free hot coffee available (a perk!) throughout my stay. the room included an area to work from, which i found useful. the hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the metro.
